THE IMPACT OF MORNING HYGIENE EXERCISES ON YOUTH HEALTH
ABSTRACT
The article examines the influence of morning hygienic gymnastics on the physical and psychological state of young people. Special attention is paid to the positive effect of regular physical exercise in the morning, which is manifested in improving overall well-being, increasing energy levels and reducing stress. In conclusion, it is emphasized that the inclusion of morning exercises in daily life can be an important step towards a healthy and active lifestyle among young people.

Nowadays, young people often experience a lot of stress due to the changes around them. Some overload themselves to the point of physical or moral exhaustion, while others lead an unhealthy lifestyle. All this has a detrimental effect on the rest of your life. To prevent nervous diseases and improve the health of the population, it is necessary to take some steps, for example, to perform morning hygienic exercises.
The purpose of this work is to examine the impact of morning hygiene exercises on the health of young people.
The following tasks are considered in the article:
1. To study the effect of morning hygiene exercises on human health
2. To study the positive effect of hygienic gymnastics.
Morning hygienic gymnastics is a specific set of physical exercises that is performed immediately after waking up, has a beneficial effect on the human body, tones the body, and adjusts the emotional state. If you perform hygienic gymnastics from childhood, you develop a very useful habit that helps to improve many indicators for students [1].
But first of all, morning hygiene exercises are low–intensity physical activities that carry only a small load on the body of a person who has just come out of sleep.
With regular morning hygiene exercises: good posture is developed or maintained; resistance to acute respiratory infections is being formed; muscles are actively developing; the nervous system is strengthened; breathing is easier, all tissues and organs are saturated with oxygen; improves blood circulation and lymph outflow.
Young people very often get a huge workload at work or school, which has a strong impact on their health. In this case, gymnastics can come to the rescue. Hygienic gymnastics has a positive effect on the central nervous system. In the absence of the necessary muscle activity, harmful changes in the functions of the brain and sensory systems occur, the level of functioning of subcortical formations responsible for the functioning of the sensory organs (hearing, balance, taste) or responsible for vital functions (respiration, digestion, blood supply) decreases. As a result, there is a decrease in the body's overall defenses and an increased risk of various diseases [2]. As a result, possible sudden mood swings, sleep disorders, weakness, and unwillingness to work. All these factors negatively affect the physical and psycho-emotional state of young people.
Due to general development, static exercises and stretching, the human body straightens up, the spine stretches. As a result, the posture becomes even.
When practicing hygienic gymnastics, performing general developmental exercises in dynamics and statics, the musculoskeletal system develops, as well as the muscles of the core and skeletal muscles.
In hygienic gymnastics, you can also include hardening – pouring cold water. Of course, this is not accidental. This procedure helps to strengthen the body's ability to fight various viruses and increase body tone. And in the morning, hardening can also be a great way to cheer up. Hardening affects the tone of blood vessels. They can narrow, expand, regulate heat transfer, perspiration, and muscle nutrition. A hardened body is not afraid of sudden temperature changes, because the body is ready for this. Also, due to hardening, endurance develops, immunity increases, and the regulation of the circulatory system improves.
In addition, hygienic gymnastics also has a huge impact on the respiratory system. In hygienic gymnastics, there are special breathing exercises that tone the entire respiratory system. In addition, there is a close relationship between the respiratory center and the movement apparatus, and each muscle movement affects breathing. With the help of breathing exercises, you can not only improve your condition after a serious illness, but also tone up your entire respiratory system [3].
It's no secret that any physical activity brightens the mind and activates brain activity, which is very important for students of young people. The same applies to gymnastics. Small gymnastic exercises in the morning awaken a person's mind from sleep and help them think clearly. All this is due to the fact that the brain receives enough oxygen and blood, as well as hormones, which also serve to activate human consciousness.
However, do not forget that any exercise should be approached carefully. Despite the fact that gymnastics is harmless enough to get physical activity, it can also harm the body if you exercise incorrectly or if you have any health problems. It must be remembered that in case of any serious health problems, gymnastics must be performed under the guidance of the attending physician.
Summing up, we can conclude that morning hygienic gymnastics plays a huge role in improving the health of young people. Thanks to her, working capacity increases, physical fitness improves, muscles are pumped, and clarity of consciousness increases. It can also be said that there are practically no restrictions for performing exercises and everyone is able to practice. This indicates the optimality and effectiveness of hygienic gymnastics.
