ABSTRACT

The article emphasizes that the primary school teacher plays a key role in creating a positive atmosphere, as his authority and professionalism directly affect mutual understanding and relationships between students. The most important aspects contributing to the creation of a psychologically comfortable climate are the personal and professional qualities of the teacher, such as openness, a sense of humor, initiative and the ability to manage conflicts.

An important element for achieving a stable psychological climate is also the organization of joint activities, such as business games and class hours, involving parents and contributing to strengthening relationships in the school community.

In conclusion, it is emphasized that creating and maintaining a positive psychological climate in the classroom is not only the responsibility of teachers, but also an important factor determining the personal development of children and their success in learning.

АННОТАЦИЯ

В данной статье рассматривается актуальная проблема создания безопасного социально-психологического климата в школьных коллективах, которая становится все более важной в свете увеличения числа конфликтов между детьми и связанных с ними негативных последствий. Основная мысль заключается в том, что психологический климат в классе существенно влияет на эмоциональное благополучие учащихся, их мотивацию к обучению и общую успешность как в образовательной, так и в социальной деятельности.

Статья подчеркивает, что учитель начальных классов играет ключевую роль в формировании позитивной атмосферы, так как его авторитет и профессионализм непосредственно влияют на взаимопонимание и отношения между учениками. Важнейшими аспектами, способствующими созданию психологически комфортного климата, являются личные и профессиональные качества педагога, такие как открытость, чувство юмора, инициативность и способность управлять конфликтами.

Важным элементом для достижения стабильного психологического климата также является организация совместных мероприятий, таких как деловые игры и классные часы, вовлекающие родителей и способствующие укреплению отношений в школьном коллективе.

В заключение подчеркивается, что создание и поддержание положительного психологического климата в классе является не только обязанностью учителей, но и важным фактором, определяющим личностное развитие детей и их успехи в учебной деятельности.

The problem of creating a safe socio-psychological climate in the school team is becoming more urgent every year due to the increase in the number of conflict situations between children, leading to negative consequences [1]. The psychological climate in the classroom is one of the most important indicators of a teacher's professional competence. It is in elementary school that the teacher has great authority among children, therefore he is fully responsible for their emotional well-being and psychological comfort among their peers within the walls of a general education institution.

Numerous studies by school psychologists and observations by teachers themselves indicate a close relationship between the psychological climate of the classroom and the success of students' social and educational activities.

The psychological climate of the classroom also influences students' motivation to learn. In a classroom with a high level of satisfaction, a high level of cohesion and a low level of conflict, which make up the content of the classroom climate, students show more interest in learning assignments, strive to achieve success and feel satisfied with their achievements.

Therefore, each teacher is faced with the task of creating trusting, friendly relationships between peers; in the formation of communication skills during regular and extracurricular hours, allowing them to build partnerships taking into account the position of the peer, his individual characteristics.

Important conditions for creating a psychologically comfortable climate in a team for a teacher are his personal qualities such as openness, a sense of humor, initiative, and sociability, creativity; his professional qualities; the teacher's focus on the emotional comfort of children. [1]

In addition, the teacher needs to be able to manage conflicts and negative situations that arise in the classroom, teach students effective conflict resolution strategies and find constructive solutions.

Every conflict situation involving children must be analyzed immediately, the two sides must be listened to, the causes of the dispute must be clarified, and constructive behaviors must be played out in such situations. This algorithm of teacher's actions will allow students to remain in partnership with their peers after resolving a conflict situation, which will allow them to maintain a socially prosperous climate in the classroom.

In addition, to create and maintain a safe classroom environment. The teacher needs to organize business games, class hours, theme nights, and joint project activities involving parents for children. [5]

Thus, the psychological climate in the classroom plays a crucial role in the educational process. Only in a comfortable, supportive, psychologically safe atmosphere will children be able to discover their abilities, realize their existing opportunities, achieve success in their academic activities and feel needed and important, which in the future will positively affect the formation of their personal growth and the formation of a prosperous social position in the world around them.
