ABSTRACT
Stress is a common phenomenon in student life, caused by various factors such as high academic demands, difficulties in using time effectively, financial problems and social relationships. Although stress can sometimes be a motivating factor for a person, its long-term or excessive presence can negatively affect psychological, emotional and physical health. This study examines the main causes of stress among students and suggests practical ways to manage it. The main approaches include the ability to plan and manage time properly, regular physical activity, and the formation of healthy habits such as eating right and getting enough sleep. In addition, seeking emotional support, such as sharing thoughts with close friends, relatives or professionals, can help reduce stress levels. Engaging in hobbies, taking breaks and taking time to relax can also help students refresh their minds and balance their lifestyle.
