Therefore, it is better to utilize different methods to enhance the effectiveness of the lesson and cultivate competent representatives who are attuned to the future of the society. As it is said, "There should be supply according to demand", according to the demand of the time, teachers should be hired according to the requirement.

The main goal of our modern state in the field of education is to create a national model of education by forming professional teachers according to the modern requirements. In this direction, the main goal of education is to direct the energy of modern hyperactive children in the right direction, to adapt this energy to form a stable, solid educational base, to prepare a young generation ready to apply theoretical knowledge. material obtained in the course of education to changing life situations.

In order to join the ranks of civilized developed countries in the future, modern education is necessary. After all, it is education that makes independent Kazakhstan one of fifty competitive developed countries. Therefore, the modern period of development puts before the education system the task of technologization of the educational process. The peculiarity of technology entering school life is the all-round development of a growing personality. regardless of the field, the result of work is measured by its quality.

The effective use of various teaching methods depends on the choice of those that are most suitable for solving learning tasks in the classroom and those that require the activity and amateurism of students. Mastery of all teaching methods at the modern level of development of pedagogical science and best practice, harmonious and creative use of a combination of several of them for each specific situation will be the main sign of teacher's mastery [2, p. 125].

Formation of these methods in the teacher can be an indicator of the teacher's creative potential. At first, the motives of service, which began to manifest themselves in the form of gaining trust and recognition in front of the student, the desire for innovation and creativity, self-improvement and self-development, optimal solution of difficulties in the process of work. In work with children, the formation of a child's desire for education, recognition of himself as a master of his craft and conscientious service - competence., becomes the basis of professionalism. As a result of creative work, a specialist who has reached the level of professional competence will be able to see the features of his own experience, describe the advantages of his experience in achieving the goal, effective ways to achieve it and the expected result. and will be able to maintain a high result for a long time. If the methods are effectively implemented in the classroom, it will contribute to the increase of cognitive activity of the child, independent learning, formation of creative abilities.

We can confidently say that we will achieve effective results only if we strengthen our professional qualification and build our competence within the framework of renewing the content of education. In order to realize new methods and use them effectively, each teacher chooses them based on his own skills, taking into account the age features of his students, pedagogical goal - his interests.
