АННОТАЦИЯ

В этой статье рассматриваются социально-коммуникативные технологии как перспективный инструмент усовершенствования управленческого процесса.

Keywords: management, administration, socio-communicative technologies.

Ключевые слова: управление, менеджмент, социально-коммуникативные технологии.

Social technology is a systematically organized set of operations, structures, and procedures that rely on a program or plan to achieve the goals of a social subject through the management of social communication processes and their operating conditions.

It is one of the tools that help achieve maximum results with minimal resource costs. Socio-communicative technologies are usually understood as those directly related to information. Examples of such technologies include electoral technologies, advertising and PR technologies, and other communication technologies. What unites them is that they are used as a means to manage people's consciousness and behavior and solve socially significant tasks.

In a specific sense, the object of socio-communicative technologies is the motivation and behavior of social subjects, which are managed using various communication methods.

The subject of socio-communicative technology is the management process carried out to solve a specific socially significant mission, organized based on social communications.

Managing through social communication is not only about influencing the communication process but also a range of accompanying phenomena that affect the outcome of communication. These include the place where communication occurs, the operating conditions of its subjects, and the resources they have.

Socio-communicative technology is developed and implemented with consideration for its optimality. Optimization may involve focusing on achieving a given result with minimal resource usage, the need to achieve the maximum effect with given resources, or achieving the required effect with given resources in the shortest possible time.

In a general sense, the objects of socio-communicative technologies are considered to be social space and social time. They are managed through purposeful, systematically organized social communication. With socio-communicative technologies, it is possible to influence the process-structural, hierarchical, subjective, and normative-value space.

For management systems, the subjective and normative-value space is an important aspect. Using elements of socio-communicative technologies, such as PR, it is possible to adjust values within organizations and introduce necessary elements of managerial culture for the managing subject.

A promising direction for the application of socio-communicative technologies in management systems is their inclusion in the employee training process and in the conflict resolution process related to communication problems.

I suggest adding the following three paragraphs after the existing paragraph that discusses the promising direction for the application of socio-communicative technologies in management systems:

In today's rapidly changing business environment, it is crucial for organizations to adapt and stay competitive. Socio-communicative technologies can facilitate this process by enabling organizations to better understand and respond to the needs and expectations of their stakeholders, both internal and external. By leveraging these technologies, managers can make more informed decisions, enhance collaboration among team members, and effectively convey the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Another area where socio-communicative technologies can be beneficial is in managing organizational change. Change is often met with resistance from employees, and effective communication is key to overcoming this resistance. By employing appropriate socio-communicative strategies, managers can help employees understand the rationale behind the changes, address their concerns, and secure their buy-in. This, in turn, can lead to a smoother transition, increased employee engagement, and higher overall performance.

Lastly, socio-communicative technologies can play a vital role in fostering a positive organizational culture. A healthy organizational culture promotes teamwork, innovation, and employee satisfaction. By utilizing these technologies, managers can facilitate open communication, create a sense of belonging among employees, and reinforce the organization's core values. This can lead to increased employee retention, enhanced productivity, and ultimately, improved organizational performance.

These paragraphs should be inserted after the paragraph discussing the promising direction for the application of socio-communicative technologies in management systems. This addition will help to create a more comprehensive discussion of the topic and show the versatility of socio-communicative technologies in various aspects of management.

The necessity of using socio-communicative technologies, as well as any other technologies, is determined by the task of the managing subject. In this regard, the application of a particular socio-communicative technology should be justified from the perspective of a specific system or organization.

In conclusion, it can be said that a management system is a complex system in which various non-standard problem situations may arise. Implementing socio-communicative technologies in management helps make internal and external communication more conscious and effective.

Additionally, it is worth noting that as socio-communicative technologies continue to evolve and update, the possibilities for their application in management systems will only expand. It is crucial to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in this field to ensure their timely integration into management processes and to maximize their benefits. Thus, socio-communicative technologies not only represent a relevant but also a promising tool for improving management processes, making communication more flexible, adaptive, and effective.
