APPLICATIONS OF INNOVATIVE LEARNING METHODS IN THE CLASSES MEDICAL BIOLOGY
ABSTRACT
In the modern education system, in the training of new generation specialists, it is necessary to search for and apply new teaching methods and approaches. One of the elements that increase the effectiveness of training specialists in the new conditions is "game technologies", which represent a fairly large group. Their use is characterized by the achievement of clearly defined goals and educational and cognitive orientation.
Keywords: gaming technologies, communication skills, muscle contraction, blood types, Rh factor, virtual experiment, innovative training.
Teaching in our faculty until recently, medical biology was carried out by traditional methods, while the process of transforming the pedagogical system involves the introduction of innovative processes. Over the past decade, there has been a significant modernization of medical education, new approaches have been formed in the preparation of students of medical universities, and new curricula have been developed.
Innovative forms and means of education are increasingly included in the modern educational process. Without innovation, it is impossible to imagine a modern medical university. The effectiveness of the educational process is largely determined by the quality of education. Ensuring the quality of training of specialists is one of the most important tasks. This is of particular importance for medical specialists who, throughout their entire career, are required to improve their professional level in accordance with the development of modern technologies and innovations in medicine.
Modern education should be conducted in such a way that students awaken interest in knowledge, the need for a more complete and deep assimilation increases, and initiative and independence in work develop. In the process of learning, students must not only master the established system of scientific knowledge, skills and abilities, but also develop their cognitive abilities and creative powers. For this, it is necessary that a special place be occupied by such forms of classes that ensure the active participation in the lesson of each student, and also increase the authority of knowledge and individual responsibility of students for the results of educational work. Perhaps it is this characteristic of the game that determines the attractiveness of game methods, which are very effective in teaching any discipline, including medical biology. The game form of classes is created in the classroom with the help of game techniques and situations that act as a means of stimulating and stimulating students in learning activities. Students easily respond to the call to play, expect from displeasure and joy, which makes the game existentially oriented towards positive experiences and emotions. Doing practical work’s an integral part of the study of medical biology. Unfortunately, recently there has been a tendency to reduce the classroom time of the educational process, including practical classes. For this reason, the setting of many "simple" experiments, confirming the correctness of the basic biological laws and regularities, turns out to be very difficult from a technical point of view with a mass setting.
Modern program for medical biology includes a number of very difficult to understand issues. The most convincing technique for discussing such issues is the demonstration of physiological processes on an animal using real equipment. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to demonstrate a complex experiment in a teaching laboratory.
Thus, the applied technologies for the implementation of the pedagogical process are diverse, interesting and show a fairly high efficiency. The use of a particular method is determined based on the purpose and objectives of training. The methods do not contradict each other, moreover, each method is implemented in conjunction with other teaching methods, and only their joint application in the process of professional training contributes to the success and effectiveness of the pedagogical process.
