In the modern world, the problem of the formation of healthy lifestyle is the most important in the system of education and training of primary school students. The idea of health care for children who have come to school has become the main task of the national 187 project "Education", and is highlighted in the Federal State Budget [2]. The formation of a healthy and safe lifestyle should be carried out purposefully and continuously in a modern school. The implementation of this task is connected with the use of new technologies and health-saving techniques that contribute to "the formation of an interested attitude to one's own health, a healthy lifestyle of all participants in the educational process." The Federal State Educational Standard has introduced such a concept as the health of schoolchildren as one of the necessary learning outcomes, and the preservation and strengthening of health as a priority area of the school's activities. The use of new technologies or innovations in the process of forming a healthy lifestyle is the introduction of new things into the goals, methods and forms of education and upbringing, the organization of joint activities of a teacher and a student. Innovative approaches that form a healthy and safe way of life, primarily ensure the mental health of the child, take into account the peculiarity of the whole class, create a favorable psychological environment in the classroom, use techniques that increase interest in the subject, prevent fatigue during class. One of the most cardinal methods is the method of Bazarny, Doctor of medical Sciences, ophthalmologist, who worked for twenty years on the problem of improving the health of schoolchildren, and created a whole system of pedagogical health-saving technologies [1]. These technologies fit into the educational process so that the child learns, and rests in class, and strengthens his health. The main points of the methodology are, firstly, the change of the dynamic poses of the student during the lesson, and the height–measuring furniture - desks and desks allows this. Secondly, the lesson is conducted with the constant movement of visual material ("sensory crosses", cards with tasks that are located at different points of the class, special holders that form a step-by-step algorithm for children when reading text, developing speech motor function). Thirdly, the method of sensory-coordinate simulations: with the help of changing visual-signal plots and its features: all exercises are performed in a free-standing pose, each is based on visual-search stimuli. Fourth, the use of visual coordination simulators using a scheme of universal symbols located on the ceiling.

Currently, personality-oriented training has become relevant, training that takes into account the nature of each student, his capabilities, abilities [1]. The need to use ICT today is becoming an obligatory element of the lesson, increasing the intensity of learning, enhancing the individualization of the educational process. Bright visibility, different pace and forms of presentation of the material - all this helps to reduce the fatigue of schoolchildren. Physical training in the classroom is a mobile rest that removes the negative consequences of prolonged sitting at the table. Physical training brings emotional relaxation. The learning process becomes easy and joyful. Health-saving technologies also include gaming technology, non-standard lessons: lessons-games, lessons-competitions, lessons-contests, lessons- virtual excursions. Such lessons contribute to better motivation, cause joy, the teacher to see each student. In modern lessons, group work is carried out, which involves moving students around the classroom, changing the location of the student near the table, students can work standing up.

Finger gymnastics is important in Russian language lessons, articulation gymnastics, which relieves emotional tension, is important in reading. Relaxation is of great benefit, which is desirable to spend on intellectual lessons. It relieves tension both mentally and physically. Such health-saving technologies are popular and generally available. And the teacher responsible for the health of students should use them in the classroom. Health-saving technologies used in lessons and extracurricular activities enable students to successfully adapt to the educational and social space. The teacher is obliged to educate the child to be responsible for his own health. Educational work on the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the protection of the health of each student should be carried out regularly, persistently, entertaining and interesting.
