ABSTRACT

The article provides basic information about the Code of Goodwill of participants in educational Relations of the Belgorod region. Special attention is paid to its meaning and key functions. The Code is an important stage in the work on improving the quality and ethics of education for all subjects of educational relations. The introduction of the Code allowed us to outline the rules of conduct for all participants in education.

Keywords: benevolence, education, society, educational relations, code of benevolence.

A large role in the field of education today is played by the search for ways to increase the comfort of communication and interaction between students, teachers, the administration of the educational organization, parents (legal representatives) of students, members of the public.

For this, on October 4, 2019, the Department of Education of the Belgorod Region adopted the "Code of Goodwill for the Participants of Educational Relations in the Belgorod Region". It is a set of moral principles, basic norms of morality and ethics and rules of conduct for participants in the educational process within the educational organization and outside it [1].

The inclusion of measures for the implementation of the Code in the education programs of educational organizations allows: to determine the foundations of relationships and moral principles of behavior for all participants in educational relations and to establish for them the basis for regulating behavior in difficult ethical situations.

Also, the implementation of the Code in the daily work of educational organizations contributes to: ensuring the improvement of the psychological microclimate in the teaching and student collectives, increasing the level of culture of relationships and establishing ethical relationships between all participants.

The most suitable methods of implementation are: dialogue seminars providing information about the Code and its application, broadcasting the exemplary implementation of the Code by management, the presence of special workers who can explain the purpose of the Code, the mechanism for its implementation, and ways to resolve complex ethical circumstances [2].

According to the Code, each participant in educational relations is a unique, inimitable personality, with its own characteristics and traditions. Every subject, in its relationships with other participants, should be guided by the principles of humanity, justice, responsibility and solidarity [1].

In accordance with the Code, in its activities, the leadership of an educational organization must take into account the distinctive features of today's children, the social and mental aspects of their growing up process. In this regard, the educational organization should provide conditions for combining the efforts of the family, society, state and their own, aimed at the development and education of the growing generation.

An educational organization, as a kind of social institution, must recognize that the potential of each of the participants in the educational process is a source of joint activity. However, when working collectively, the interests of all subjects of educational relations should be taken into account. Especially, you need to pay attention to the expression of personal characteristics and character traits, following generally accepted rules of behavior in difficult situations [3].

According to the Code, the freedom of each participant in educational relations should not exist at the expense of the freedom of others. That is, the relationship between the subjects of education should be formed on the basis of joint responsibility for all individual participants in educational relations, the desire to consolidate in order to achieve certain set goals (for example, improving the quality of the educational process), the desire to make each other's authority and dignity more stable. In general, we can say that each participant in educational relations needs support, care for personal and professional growth, mental and emotional comfort, of each participant in educational relations.

Participants in educational relations should not allow: insults of the person, infringement on gender, religious or other grounds in relation to other subjects. The educational institution must maintain a favorable psychological climate, observe etiquette, which manifests itself in mutual respect, friendliness and the ability to find a common language [2].

The subjects of educational relations interact not only within the educational organization, but also outside it. According to the Code, in external relationships, participants in educational relations should be guided by the following key principles: legality, mutual respect, cooperation.

The educational organization must build external relations on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Belgorod region, local regulations of the organization, the provisions of this Code [1].

Each participant in educational relations should value the image of their organization and, when contradictions and conflicts arise, resolve them with conversations and mutual concessions.

Conflicts often occur within an educational organization. Management needs to identify areas of possible misunderstanding and establish tight control over them.

Productive activity is based on the delimitation of areas of responsibility, functions of the subjects of education and the elimination of cases when the area of activity of one of the participants is the cause of a conflict. It is recommended to resolve disputes through negotiations. All participants must adhere to the principles of honesty, benevolence and decency [3].

All, without exception, participants in educational relations must adhere to the order of relationships established by the Code. The provisions and ideas enshrined in the Code are of a general nature and can be used in local acts of an educational organization to regulate relations between participants in educational relations.

Thus, we can conclude that the Code of Goodwill for Participants in Educational Relations should become a part of every educational organization so that children learn and teachers work in comfortable and favorable psychological and emotional conditions. The implementation of the Code will help to focus all identified problems and errors, and to focus the attention of all participants in education on their solution.
