ABSTRACT

The paper examines the relationship between agile skills and creative self-development of the individual. It was found that the development of systemic, critical thinking, formation of self-organization skills, project management skills, improvement of communication and leadership competences, upbringing of readiness for healthy lifestyle have a positive impact on the self-realization and self-improvement of a person. The significance of the results is to expand the base of methods of training and education, contributing to the formation of an independent, active, creative personality.

АННОТАЦИЯ

В статье рассматривается зависимость между гибкими навыками и творческим саморазвитием человека. Было выявлено, что развитие системного, критического мышления, формирование навыков самоорганизации, навыков управления проектами, совершенствование коммуникативных и лидерских компетенций, воспитание готовности к здоровому образу жизни положительно влияют на самореализацию и самосовершенствование человека. Значимость достигнутых результатов заключается в расширении базы методов обучения и воспитания, способствующих формированию самостоятельной, активной, творческой личности.

In the conditions of acceleration of all running in a society processes, necessity of constant retraining, necessity of the decision of arising problems and problems the special role is getting creative self-development of the personality, which is inseparably linked with the process of reality transformation.

In a number of priority tasks have been set, the solution of which to increase the quality of higher education. One of them is the problem of activation and intensification of students' creative self-development. The proposed note is devoted to one side of this issue [1, p. 13].

Since the successful socialization of a person in the information, rapidly changing world, along with creative self-development, is influenced by the formation of flexible skills, we can assume their mutual influence on each other.

The aim of the work is to test this hypothesis.

The methodological basis of the work is systemic, personal, activity and competence approaches.

The systemic approach allows to establish connections between separate aspects of the process of preparing the young generation. The personal and The activity approach manifests itself in the fact that the creative development of the personality takes place during the implementation of various types of activity. Finally, the formation of flexible skills takes place in the framework of the competence approach.

The main theoretical method of research is analysis and synthesis, which allows to study the mechanism of formation of creative self-development by including it in connections and relations with universal competences. Purposeful formation of flexible skills of an active creative personality is not in doubt. Let us consider the process of reverse influence. Systems thinking is a necessary element of human creative activity because it allows, for example, to combine logical, analytical and sensual intuitive perception into a single integrated image, as well as to realize, investigate and overcome contradictions.

Critical thinking allows you to see and evaluate both the advantages and disadvantages of any products of human creative activity, from decisions made to discoveries, inventions, works of art.

Project thinking and self-organization skills allow one to plan and organize one's activities, including creative self-development, most effectively.

Communication and leadership skills (both in interpersonal communication and the use of information and communication technologies) play a primary role both in the construction of a person's his or her own life space and when searching for the direction of further movement.

Skills of intercultural interaction allow not only to form a comfortable environment in communication and joint activities, but also to master and creatively process value orientations, thinking, emotional features, characteristic for another mentality. Finally, care for the preservation of physical and spiritual health is is a necessary condition for creative self-development because it guarantees good working capacity and high productivity.

Thus, the paper attempts to outline the relationship between the creative development of the individual and the formation of flexible skills. The practical significance of this is to expand the range of methods of forming a self-developing personality. It should be noted, however, that the work did not consider the issues of students' motivation for creative self-development. Further research, in addition to the above question, is possible in the direction of developing methods and techniques for the development of universal competences.
