ABSTRACT
In the process of learning a foreign language the use of new technologies in education has improved the skills of independent thinking when reading news on various topics, quick access to educational websites, resources, catalogues and dictionaries to meet students' information needs. At present, the popularity of online education systems and education management systems increases the need for teaching, work is being done to effectively organize training, and cooperation with educational institutions in the country is being established on the basis of educational programs.

В рамках изучения иностранного языка использование новых технологий в образовании повысило навыки самостоятельного мышления при чтении новостей на различные темы, быстрого доступа к образовательным сайтам, ресурсам, справочникам и словарям, отвечающим информационным потребностям учащихся. На сегодняшний день популярность онлайн-систем образования и систем организации управления образованием обусловливает повышенную потребность в обучении, осуществляется целенаправленная работа по эффективной организации обучения, на основе образовательных программ налаживается сотрудничество с учебными заведениями страны.

The modern social and pedagogical situation is in search of new pedagogical paradigms and technologies. At the present stage of education reform it is perfectly characterized by purposeful innovative processes. Transformations are related to the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process, and the implementation of reforms should be increased by solving tactical, methodological and organizational problems. This is the use of information and communication technologies in modern education. [1] The system is rapidly changing the knowledge of information in the world and its assimilation by a person allows to resolve the conflict between limited opportunities.
The mankind actively forms the information society today and there is no doubt that modern information and communication technologies play an important role in this. That is why the attention of scientists is focused on the changes taking place in society in general and in education, aimed at a comprehensive analysis of the processes of its personal manifestations. All this has an impact. Significant impact on education, new information and communication opportunities for learning are enhanced and shaped by the introduction of technologies and open learning systems.
The introduction of information and communication technologies allows us to effectively realize the potential of new pedagogical technologies of personal-oriented education: level differentiation, collective learning methods, design, multi-level learning, modeling based on the principles of dynamism, it allows you to create a flexible learning environment that realizes these skills.
Active learning methods and interactive computer-assisted learning environment, such as Internet, e-mail and chat communication will help to solve the following issues: knowledge for practical application, motivation; foreign language teaching in a foreign language; information and computer literacy; intercultural communication. Communication between teachers and students in the process of interactive educational takes place through computer knowledge, most actively in communication, often against a passive position.
At the same time, an interactive learning environment is the main means of communication with the help of a computer, not only communication, but also the structure of traditional communication. As for the possibilities of info-communication technology tools in terms of defining linguistic and professional tasks of a linguist, the researchers have not yet made a clear evaluation of the possibilities of a computer working as a teacher in the process of foreign language teaching. [2] Some say that a student can perform all the basic functions of a computer, while others reject this view. Most experts in computer linguistics say that a computer that performs a number of teaching functions cannot completely replace a foreign language teacher because aspects related to the teacher's work cannot be completely imitated on a computer.
In general, it should be noted that the theoretical issues of introducing computers in foreign languages into the learning process are a new field of science, which is seen as an independent field of didactics and language teaching methods - computer linguistics.
The use of multimedia and hyper-media functions of info-communication technologies plays an important role in modern methods of teaching foreign languages. A variety of modern methods of teaching foreign languages at various educational institutions allows the use of all types of textbooks, including computer-based electronic courses. It can be said that there are currently various options for using info-communication technologies, both in individual language classes and in the whole course.
With continuous and systematic learning (from simple to gradual transition to complexity) the following conceptual didactic possibilities can be realized:
- the ability to work systematically with educational information;
- providing the teacher with a credible learner's perspective and the ability to quickly manage the learning process;
- the ability to communicate intensively with the computer.
In general, teaching a foreign language using computer technologies is characterized by the following features.
- possibility of individual two-way communication between a pupil and a teacher;
- wide access to diversity and diversity of linguistic information.
Computer programs are increasingly being used in the teaching of foreign languages in the organization of the educational process in general education schools. The specifics of didactic features of computer technologies are important for the implementation of all possible aspects (from linguistics to culturology) of effective, traditional and remote development methods and tools, as well as for improving speech activity in a foreign language. [3]
There are several characteristics when choosing software for educational systems in the process of learning a foreign language: ease of use, flexibility, ease of management, modularity, accessibility, cost of software. It should be noted that many of them complement each other.
Thus: changes in social and economic life, the educational system of teachers working at all levels of the system of continuous education goals and objectives, the content, structure of professional and pedagogical activities shows the effect. Teachers are working on self-education, developing communicative activities in the team, searching for new sources of information and constantly striving to improve their work.
