ABSTRACT
This article examines the key priorities and features of the digital transformation of industries in the context of Industry 4.0 and technological modernization. The study analyzes the impact of digital technologies, industrial ecosystems, and digital platforms on the development of industrial sectors. Particular attention is paid to the processes of reindustrialization, platformization, and the formation of digital industrial ecosystems as the basis for increasing competitiveness and innovation activity. The article also considers the current state of digital development in Kazakhstan and highlights the importance of integrating digital technologies into industrial business processes.
АННОТАЦИЯ
В данной статье рассматриваются ключевые приоритеты и особенности цифровой трансформации отраслей в контексте Индустрии 4.0 и технологической модернизации. В исследовании анализируется влияние цифровых технологий, промышленных экосистем и цифровых платформ на развитие промышленных секторов. Особое внимание уделяется формированию цифровых промышленных экосистем как основы повышения конкурентоспособности и инновационной активности. В статье также рассматривается текущее состояние цифрового развития в Казахстане и подчеркивается важность интеграции цифровых технологий в промышленные бизнес-процессы.

The concept of transformation in economic research at the present stage is described in great detail. Thus, theories of economic dynamics reveal the transformation process as a transitional stage.
It seems appropriate to reveal the key priorities of the digital transformation of industries and industrial enterprises as objective, essential, necessary, and general guidelines in the process of digitalization, reflecting the specifics of the development of industries at the next stage of development [1].
Key priorities at the most general level should take into account the industry characteristics of digital transformation. Accordingly, we can talk about theoretical characteristics, which are a reflection of the properties of the digital processes and phenomena under study in industry; about empirical characteristics, which are the result of generalization of real facts, cases.
The theoretical characteristics include the formation of the integrity of the industry structure, the temporal dimension of digital processes, the stadiality of digitalization, the lack of clear boundaries, the cumulative nature, and the dichotomy of digital development. These priorities exist regardless of the specific stage of digitalization and regardless of the industry.
At the same time, the main focus of this work is on empirical characteristics related to a specific period of development of the digitalization processes of industries, namely the current stage associated with the conditions of Industry 4.0, reindustrialization, technological modernization, etc. This makes it necessary to take into account industry and regional specialization, the nature of the impact of external factors [2].
Thus, the priorities of the current stage of digitalization of industries, accompanied by the transition to Industry 4.0, reindustrialization and technological modernization, include the following.
Global digitalization trends are determining structural changes in industries that are directly related to the innovation and modernization of processes, in which digital processes begin to prevail in socio-economic development. This trend can be traced in the context of changes in the national priorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of digitalization and technological development. Thus, the Republic of Kazakhstan ranks 41st in terms of readiness for the digital economy.
by a significant margin from the leading countries (Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, the United States of America, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Great Britain, Luxembourg and Japan, etc.). In terms of innovative results of using digital technologies, our country ranks 38th, lagging far behind the leading countries1. This can be attributed to an unfavorable environment for the management and development of business processes and innovation processes in industries.
To summarize, in accordance with the logic of digital transformation, we can talk about the existence of a priority guiding the transformation of industries into industrial digital platforms.
The process of forming a digital ecosystem in industry is based on industrial cooperation and platformization, which together expands the digital industry.
Researchers consider dynamism, system formation, development and growth, sustainability, and priority to be the main properties of industrial ecosystems, which together determine the stage of the ecosystem's life cycle. The industrial digital ecosystem is based on the theory of the new industrial society and focuses on the process of reindustrialization [3].
In its development, the industrial ecosystem uses a number of digital tools, through which business processes are being restructured and the transition to digital management models takes place.
The trajectory of the digital economy demonstrates the need for resource concentration. It is the digital ecosystem that accumulates technological, functional, and infrastructural platforms that, in their interaction, contribute to the development and implementation of digital products and services.
Thus, it is possible to define the digital transformation of industry as a multi-level cross-industry integration process of industry transition to a new technological order through the large-scale introduction of digital technologies in order to form digital industrial ecosystems in the industry.
