With the advent of world economic integration, international market started a new reform and economic development. The electronic commerce has become the mainstream in international trade business. Enterprises are also through the e-commerce to be in line with international development. The e-commerce in the international trade is closely related to the development and reform of Chinese enterprises, but from the current situation of e-commerce in international trade, China should timely update domestic e-commerce business according to the international market mainstream. This paper studies the problems existing in the e-commerce of international trade and explores the development prospect of e-commerce in modern business.

In fact, in the international trade, e-commerce is undergoing reform with the rapid development of computer technology. Especially in an age of developing so fast, e-commerce has become a main method of international trade. In other words, the development of e-commerce also drives international trade. Nowadays, all commercial information began to propagate through the e-commerce to international trading market, which makes the international trading market more diversified. So, this paper, taking China as an example, discusses the existing problems and development prospects of e-commerce.

Problems in the application of e-commerce in China. First, low operation level of enterprise (in accordance with Yang Lu. Research on the Impact and Countermeasures of E-Commerce on China's Foreign Trade [D]. Anhui University, 2014) The low operation level of Chinese enterprises is mainly embodied that only a few Chinese enterprises carry out online purchasing and sale, because many enterprises can’t finish the whole operation process of e-commerce. Although a small part of Chinese enterprises can go through the whole e-commerce process separately and they have high enthusiasm and very eager for reaching a new level in e-commerce platform, those enterprise don't realize the real meaning of e-commerce, and they are still pending for the international conditions of e-commerce. Second, low safety of the network. The whole process of e-commerce need to pass many complex links, such as money transferring, data security, items safety, etc., especially the information security while paying online. But from the perspective of the whole operation process of Chinese e-commerce, there are still network security problems in e-commerce process. On one hand, the hacker attack phenomenon frequently happens. On the other hand, the Internet itself has the characteristics of openness, which makes the whole network security much more unsafe. Third, lack of relevant legal constraints. E-commerce is closely linked not only with enterprises and users, but also with industrial and commercial administrative departments, insurance, banking and other departments. If the items on e-commerce platform are not in the same place, it will also refer to different regions and countries. So, e-commerce does need corresponding laws and regulations to restrain non-standard business behaviors. However, at present, Chinese e-commerce is just starting, still in an unstable state, without a sound and e-commerce-related laws and regulations used for constraint conditions. Therefore, there are still some problems existing in China's e-commerce.

The development prospect of e-commerce in international trade. First, change the way of international trade. (1) international transactions can be completed directly through the Internet without face-to-face negotiations; (2) complete and incomplete international trade modes. The complete international e-commerce trade mode is that the trade can be completed directly through the e-commerce market. The incomplete international e-commerce trade mode is that some material things can’t be traded on the Internet and other trade modes are needed; thirdly, the transaction form of traditional bills is transformed into process transaction form, which directly changes the form of international trade transaction (in accordance with Zhang Dongqing. Research on E-Commerce Strategies and Technical Problems in China's Forest Product Trade [D]. Northeast Forestry University, 2014). Second, change the way of international trade sales. (1) network interactive sales. Customers can consult some questions about items on in e-commerce, and e-commerce operators answer those questions. Then the deal can be made in the form of interactive sales. (2) integrated sales. This kind of sales is formed by the relationship between enterprises and customers. What’s more, this kind of sales is basically not through the process of communication, and generally through the direct one-to-one sales (in accordance with Liu Dianwei. Research on the Impact of E-Commerce on the Development of International Trade and China's Countermeasures [J]. Economic Research Guide, 2012(29)). (3) change the way of international trade management. E-commerce has had a great impact on the international trade’s sales, transactions and other processes, so as to naturally change the way of international trade management gradually, as follows: first, commodity bidding; second, license issuance; third, customs administration; fourth, inspection and administration of imported commodities; fifth, internationalization management process (in accordance with Geng Siyao. Preliminary Study on the Influence of E-Commerce on China's International Economy and Trade and Its Corresponding Strategies [J]. Mall Modernization, 2015(04)).

In general, e-commerce is an inevitable means in the process of international integration. Therefore, only by mastering the operation rules of e-commerce in the international trade market, can China's e-commerce and economy get a better development and keep pace with the progress of international integration.
