The topic of employing substitute building materials to lessen adverse environmental effects is covered in this article. While designing and constructing buildings with such materials, special emphasis is given to the research of digital and information technologies. The study analyzes literary materials that describe the author's research experience in this field. techniques for performing experiments, researching data analysis indicators, and evaluating the efficiency of employing substitute materials. The results increase the possibility of addressing environmental issues in building through the use of novel materials. By discussing the research findings, we may include alternative building materials into construction practices while keeping information technology and digitization in mind.

Keywords: Building design, negative impact, lowering the ecological footprint, digitization, information technology, sustainable construction, alternative building materials, and innovation in the building industry.

INTRODUCTION

Environmental and sustainable development concerns are becoming more and more important in today's globe. As one of the sectors that uses a lot of resources and produces waste, construction has a big effect on the environment. In light of this, the idea of sustainable construction is gaining ground as a means of reducing adverse effects on the environment and developing structures that enhance human well-being.

This scientific article's goal is to investigate how sustainable construction affects the environment by examining the fundamental ideas, cutting-edge methods, and eco-friendly building supplies. We'll talk about digitization in construction, creative solutions, alternative building materials, and real-world instances of sustainable construction projects that have been implemented successfully.

A crucial component of contemporary architectural and construction practice is realizing the significance of sustainable construction for safeguarding the environment and guaranteeing the sustainable development of society. It is our hope that this essay will significantly advance the field's understanding of the subject and inspire the worldwide building community to continue developing sustainable construction practices.

LITERARY REVIEW

Concerns about environmental preservation and sustainable development are becoming more and more important in today's world of construction. Numerous studies attest to the fact that environmentally harmful effects of building can be greatly minimized through sustainable practices.

Using natural resources (wood, bamboo, clay) as alternative building materials can help cut down on energy use and CO2 emissions during building. These materials not only help to create comfortable and healthy living and working environments, but they are also environmentally beneficial.

Construction digitization, which includes the application of building management systems and BIM modeling, is crucial for improving design, allocating resources, and cutting waste. Environmental sustainability and increased efficiency in construction operations are made possible by information technologies.

Construction innovations include trash recycling, 3D printing of buildings, and the utilization of renewable energy are promising fields for future growth. These innovations contribute to lessening the detrimental effects on the environment while also making building projects more sustainable.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

Studies about environmentally friendly building practices and their effects were examined in this review of the literature. Data were gathered and analyzed using a systematic literature review methodology, which involved looking up pertinent papers, publications, and scientific articles in databases and journals.

The application of digital technology in construction, the usage of alternative building materials, and innovation in this field were all examined and assessed. Important subjects and fields of study pertaining to environmentally conscious building and its effects on the environment were determined in order to organize the data.

The study was conducted with consideration for the sources' applicability and dependability as well as their impact on current developments in the building sector. The main trends and opportunities for the advancement of sustainable construction were determined by using the findings, which were also utilized to highlight important areas that needed more investigation.

RESULTS

Important facets of environmentally friendly building and its effects were determined as a consequence of the literature review. Recycled and natural resources are examples of alternative building materials that can be used to lessen the impact on the environment and save energy when building.

Construction is becoming more digital, with tools like building management systems and BIM modeling helping to manage resources more effectively and maximize design while cutting down on waste. Environmental sustainability and increased efficiency in construction operations are made possible by information technologies.

Building 3D printing, trash recycling, and the utilization of renewable energy sources are a few examples of innovative construction techniques that hold great promise for producing more ecologically friendly and sustainable structures.

Overall, the study's findings support the notion that sustainable building is essential to accomplishing sustainable development objectives and minimizing adverse environmental effects. To create more effective and sustainable building solutions, more investigation and creativity in this field are required.

DISCUSSION

The literature review's findings attest to the significance of sustainable building as a vital component of the contemporary construction sector. The utilization of substitute materials, digitization, and ingenuity are crucial in mitigating the adverse effects on the environment and enhancing the effectiveness of building procedures.

The necessity of more study and advancement in the field of sustainable construction is one of the primary conclusions. Achieving sustainable development goals requires the construction sector to improve resource management procedures, integrate new technology, and increase industry members' understanding of environmental issues.

It's also critical to remember that enterprises, the public, and government organizations must work together to successfully implement sustainable construction projects. The construction industry's environmental sustainability concerns can be effectively addressed through stakeholder interaction and the creation of suitable strategies and policies.

As a result, sustainable building is still a hot topic that needs more investigation and creativity to guarantee the industry's continued growth and preserving the environment for future generations.
