ABSTRACT

This article reveals the concept of a young entrepreneur, touches on the issue of social entrepreneurship among young people. It also describes the role of social entrepreneurship in solving modern social problems, its role in the development of the entire modern society.

Keywords: entrepreneurship, youth, social entrepreneurship, youth entrepreneurship.

Youth social entrepreneurship is increasingly becoming a method of involving young people in solving social problems. We can only talk about social entrepreneurship when the desire to make a profit is inferior to the desire to create innovations that are useful for society. Young entrepreneurs are entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 35. Also important qualities for entrepreneurship are innovation, charisma, the desire to be a leader, non-standard thinking and flexible mind, creativity and the ability to take risks, the desire to achieve success in everything, which is typical for people in this age group.

According to statistics, the activity of young entrepreneurs is growing year by year. So, just young people implement about 30 of the 130 projects supported by the Our Future Foundation, while being distinguished by good training, high qualifications and purposefulness, focusing on social orientation in the development of their business. [1]

Continuously developing youth entrepreneurship plays a significant role in the development of the country's economy as a whole. The development of this direction also solves the problems of youth employment itself.

Let's return to the very term "social entrepreneurship". It does not have the same meaning for everyone. Some believe that only the founders of commercial organizations should be considered such, while others believe that a social entrepreneur can be called someone who counts on grants and donations. According to Roger Martin and Sally Osberg, the term "social entrepreneurship" has acquired such a wide range of meanings in recent years that it has become used in almost any context, as soon as it comes to socially useful activities. [2]

Social entrepreneurship is designed to solve real social problems by innovative methods. These include new strategies, concepts and ideas that would fully meet the social needs of society. And despite the fact that Russia is the largest country and, of course, has quite a few internal social problems and difficulties that need to be solved by innovative methods, it lags behind foreign countries in implementing state support for social entrepreneurship.

So what should the state do to solve this problem? In my opinion, it is necessary to pursue a policy, first, to promote social entrepreneurship among the population. It is necessary to focus on the development of programs for the development of social entrepreneurship at the state, regional and municipal levels. Holding games and training events, Olympiads, organizing educational courses at educational institutions of all levels-all this will undoubtedly contribute to the development of this area of entrepreneurial activity. There is also an urgent question about the necessary state subsidies for youth projects on social entrepreneurship. Currently, this issue is regulated by the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of 25.03.2015 N 167 "On approval of the conditions for competitive selection of subjects of the Russian Federation, whose budgets are provided with subsidies from the federal budget for state support of small and medium-sized businesses, including peasant (farmer) farms, and requirements for organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized businesses". [3]

From all of the above, we can draw the following conclusions that social entrepreneurship is a promising direction for the development of small and medium-sized businesses among young people. It is this direction that contributes to the solution of not only economic, but also a variety of social problems. The further development of this institution can become a fundamental tool for solving problems in the field of social policy. But without proper attention from the state authorities, it will be quite difficult for young entrepreneurs to fulfill these missions.
