Introduction

About forty percent of young people between the ages of 18 and 24 drink coffee every day. It helps students wake up for class at 8 a.m., combine school with part-time work, and more. And because coffee is healthy, it helps students do better in higher education, as follows:

1. Coffee helps retain information. Coffee stimulates the central nervous system and improves alertness, concentration, energy, memory and focus.

2. Coffee reduces depression. There is no doubt that studying in higher education is stressful, and that stress levels rise dramatically in the middle and final stages. But studies have shown that drinking coffee reduces depression. Coffee activates neurotransmitters that control mood, including dopamine and serotonin.

3- If a student already has anxiety, another form of caffeine should be tried.

Caffeine affects everyone differently. If the student suffers from anxiety and is taking medication for anxiety, he or she may need to get a dose of caffeine from a more natural form of caffeine, such as green tea. Caffeine can increase stress hormone levels and affect the balance of neurotransmitters. Even people with a high tolerance for caffeine can experience these symptoms if they are not careful with their intake.

Theoretical Analysis

Coffee grown around the world has its roots in the age-old legacy of ancient coffee forests on the Ethiopian plateau. Legend has it that Caldi, a goat herder, first discovered the potential of these beloved beans. The story goes that Kaldi discovered coffee after noticing that after he ate the berries of a certain tree, his goats became so energetic that they would not sleep at night.

The culture of coffee consumption dates back to the 11th century. It was then that coffee was first imported into Arabia from Ethiopia, where it was born. The Persians were delighted by the invigorating effect of this new "wine of Islam," because real wine was strictly forbidden to Muslims. The word "coffee" comes from the ancient Arabic "kahwah. In the second half of the 15th century coffee spread to the Arabian Kingdom via Mecca and Medina, and then reached Cairo in 1510. The Ottoman kingdom reached its peak in the first half of the 16th century. Coffee became increasingly important in Arabia, Asia Minor, Syria, Egypt and Southeast Europe. The first coffee houses were opened in Damascus and Aleppo in 1530 and 1532.
