ABSTRACT

The article examines the features of the development of the digital society and its social and philosophical foundations. The socio-philosophical foundations of innovative development in the context of the digitalization of society are shown, the transformation of the methodological foundations of the topic is determined. The role of innovative transformations in the absence of a philosophical understanding of the essence and significance of innovative development in the context of deep ontological transformations accompanied by innovative development processes in the digital society is analyzed.

The purpose of the article is to determine the transformation of the subject and methodological foundations of social philosophy in the context of the digitalization of society, to analyze the social and philosophical role of innovative development in the digital society and the ethical and social consequences of its impact on society.

The theoretical analysis is based on the logic of the communication approach, which considers social reality as a process-repeatable network of interaction formed through media and technological infrastructures.

Methodology and methods. A systems approach was applied to study issues related to the social and philosophical foundations of innovative development in the context of the digital society, and methods of analysis of the research problem, synthesis of sources, generalization and comparison were used.

The results of the study are also applied in expert work on the digital transformation of society, in research projects on digital humanities, and in the teaching process of social philosophy of the digital age. As a result, it is demonstrated that social philosophy in the digital age is transforming towards platform-oriented analytics and can integrate data analysis, visualization practices, and algorithmic modeling as elements of philosophical research into modern society.

One of the main challenges facing the modern world order is the problem of global informatization, associated with a significant increase in the role of information resources, their transformation into the main driving force in all spheres of society. The current stage of global development is characterized by global instability and uncertainty, which significantly affects economic and social processes. Innovation remains the main driving force of growth in various spheres of life.

Today, the active use of digital services in education is an inevitable step in the development of the modern information world as a cultural asset. The emergence of the Internet as an innovative phenomenon in human life has led to changes in information processing and has attracted more and more users [3].

 The information space, filled with the real features of modern civilization, reflects the main features of the digital society, in which information and knowledge have become important values in people's daily lives. The creation of a modern information environment, the diversity of social experiences, the formation of new social institutions, the development of communication technologies and the dynamism of the modern era make the problem of the role of consciousness management in the information environment relevant.

Through various social institutions operating in the moral sphere, the behavior of a professional group member is adjusted to the patterns, norms, and standards accepted in the group and society. Professionals can only properly fulfill their social role on the basis of uniform ethical norms[3, p.107].

In addition to the information society, network society, post-industrial society, knowledge society and other terminological designations of modern society, the term "digital" is increasingly and confidently used. The emergence and development of a digital society has become possible due to the intensive development of new technologies over the past few decades. In this sense, the digital society, while being a natural product, is also a result and continuation of the development of the previous information society.

One of the main features of the modern global world space is its innovative potential. The corresponding products of the most diverse activities cause significant changes in the economy, politics, culture, the functioning of social systems, in other words, in all spheres of life, transforming both the individual and the world around him. People's way of thinking, worldview and everyday experiences are changing. Moreover, "social factors begin to prevail over economic factors"  [6, s.8].

All this allows us to conclude that innovation represents an interdisciplinary approach that requires not only economic, social, political and other fields of scientific knowledge, but also, above all, its unified philosophical study and justification, since it is precisely this perspective that will allow us to understand the meaning of existence and the purpose of the subjects involved in the production of innovations.

Innovation is the result of creative and investment activity and its main goal is the commercialization of scientific research and developments. This type of activity is aimed at the development, production and distribution of new types of goods, services, technologies and organizational forms at the firm (enterprise) level. The goal of innovation is to increase the competitiveness of the firm, goods and services and, as a result, increase the firm's profits. In general, when analyzing innovation activity, the content of the above definitions is preserved, but it is necessary to look for appropriate grounds for what is considered innovation in each area. These may include levels of novelty, scale, nature and content of goals, etc. Innovation is the result of a process or process in which:

• partially or fully protected results of intellectual activity are used;

• ensures the release of patentable products;

• ensures the production of goods (services) whose quality meets or exceeds world standards;

• achieves high economic efficiency in the production or consumption of products.

From a philosophical point of view, digitalization or digital transformation is a deep and multifaceted process that affects not only technological aspects, but also fundamental issues of human existence, society and culture. The process of digitalization radically changes the fundamental properties of communication processes, determines their new ontology and phenomenology, eliminates spatial and temporal barriers. Thanks to new communication technologies, distance no longer plays a role in organizing communication, and time is practically wasted - communication becomes instantaneous and instantaneous. Information itself acquires an unprecedented variety of forms of presentation, storage and transmission, as well as the possibility of its seamless reproduction.

In this regard, the philosophical problems of artificial intelligence in a digital society touch not only on technology, but also on deep questions about human nature, ethics, consciousness, and existence.

The establishment of regulatory norms for artificial intelligence also plays an important role in ensuring the fair distribution of the use and benefits of artificial intelligence, protecting the rights of individuals, developing ethical rules, and taking measures to reduce the potential impact of artificial intelligence on its potential [1].

The development of digital technologies raises new ethical dilemmas regarding data privacy, the use of artificial intelligence, and automation. These new technologies are changing accepted moral norms and requiring a new understanding of social responsibility. Digital technologies affect the formation of personal and collective identity and self-awareness.

In conclusion, it can be noted that the process of digitalization leads to the emergence of a hybrid anthroposociotechnosphere, where the information and communication infrastructure based on digital technologies and devices gradually becomes the framework and tool for the daily life and activities of individuals and society as a whole. Technology, in a general sense, is becoming not a product of human activity, but a condition of its existence. This, in turn, changes the system and means of human cognitive activity, which in turn changes all concepts related to humanity and the future of humanity.
