Introduction

The problem of personality development is one of the main topics of social philosophy, as it touches on human nature, human development mechanisms and our interaction with the social space. Personality is not only a set of individual qualities, but also an active subject of social life and is formed under the influence of many factors: sociocultural norms, historical conditions, upbringing, the structure of interpersonal relations and the dynamics of social consciousness.

The processes of personality formation in modern society are becoming much more complex than in the past, which were driven by global transformations, increasing technological capabilities, changing communication practices and the increasing role of virtual environments. Social philosophy, examining personality through the prism of the interaction of individual and collective consciousness, allows us to identify the main mechanisms of society's influence on the structure of the human self, as well as to reveal such internal processes as self-awareness.

Digital ethics encompasses a wide range of issues related to the use of computers, the Internet, artificial intelligence, big data, cybersecurity, and other aspects of the digital environment. [1] The philosophical aspects of digital culture concern the ethics of artificial intelligence, the transformation of consciousness, and the search for identity in virtual space.

Culture and social environment as factors in the formation of personality.

Culture is the main source of influence on personality formation. It determines the system of values, norms of behavior, patterns of interaction and ways of interpreting the world. Through linguistic practices, customs, rituals, forms of knowledge and art, a person assimilates social reality and develops his self-image.

Culture forms personality not only through explicit norms, but also through implicit meaning structures. Mythological images, symbols, social ideals and collective perceptions shape the horizons of understanding through which people perceive themselves and others[ 2, p, 98].

In modern society, culture is becoming multilayered, globalized, and hybrid. This complicates the process of identity development, as individuals must integrate conflicting values, choose between different identity models, and develop their own meaning systems.

Socialization and its mechanisms: biological and social interaction.

Socialization is the process of integrating an individual into a system of social relations and assimilating norms and values that allow him to function in society. This includes primary socialization associated with early education and secondary socialization that occurs in professional, educational and cultural institutions.

Socialization is always two-way: society influences the individual, shaping his qualities, but the individual also actively interprets and changes these accepted norms. The biological characteristics of the individual interact with social influences, forming a unique dynamic of personal development.

Identity and its transformation in the information society.

The processes of identity formation in the information society are accelerated and become more complex due to new forms of communication, digital socialization and multimodality of semantic fields.

The generalized perception of digital culture is determined not only by cumulative experience, but also by the image of digital technologies built into a certain discourse [5].

The Internet creates the opportunity to form multiple identities that are realized in various social contexts - professional, family, virtual, gaming and cultural contexts. People become carriers of a flexible, dynamic and quickly fragmented identity.

Virtual reality allows for the modeling of a new world and the construction of a new identity with an ideal set of qualities and characteristics. This process is significantly simplified by constructing the "ideal self" from a pre-existing set of virtual materials and filling them with them[4].

The virtual environment creates an effect of expanded subjectivity and allows people to build different versions of themselves, experiment with roles and patterns of behavior.

Modern challenges to social development in the era of digital globalization affect changes in the moral, socio-cultural and ideological relations of individual and collective consciousness of social groups and society as a whole [3, p.13].

The transformation of personality in the context of digital culture leads to changes in the structure of personality, making it more dynamic, but at the same time more susceptible to social manipulation, information overload and a decrease in critical perception.

Social and philosophical aspects of the development of artificial intelligence of the individual.

Artificial intelligence has the ability to influence culture, significantly changing its main components. It can already be rightly noted that artificial intelligence is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon, a source of both positive and negative large-scale socio-cultural changes affecting people and human civilization.

In these circumstances, philosophy, as a rational type of worldview, rightly sets itself the task of developing a reasonable and balanced attitude towards the application of artificial intelligence systems, taking into account what risks this process entails, what impact it has on the worldview of the modern individual, his attitude to the world around him.

The development of digital communication creates new institutions that take on a significant part of the functions of traditional structures - virtual communities, Internet platforms, social networks. Virtual environments become spaces for the formation of values, identities, interests and norms of behavior. They have a strong impact on self-esteem, motivation, perceptions of social success and the system of social expectations.

Conclusion

The social and philosophical aspects of personality development include the analysis of complex interrelationships between culture, society, social institutions and individual self-awareness mechanisms. In the modern world, personality is formed at the intersection of social and individual, collective meanings and personal values, global trends and local cultural experiences.

The transformation of society, digitalization, globalization and the acceleration of information flows create new conditions for the development of personality, making its structure more flexible, dynamic and multidimensional. The study of these processes allows us to more deeply understand the nature of modern humanity, to identify the directions of development of society aimed at harmonious and sustainable personal satisfaction.
